Menu Monday or a lack there of

So, I'm only cooking two nights this week. Tonight and tomorrow night, cause Wednesday will be takeout of some form cause I need the kitchen to be spotless before we leave at 5:00 Thursday.

So, here's the plan-

Monday-
Spaghetti and Meat Sauce

Tuesday-
Quesadillas and Fruit

The meat sauce is on the counter defrosting from last time I made a large batch. And Quesadillas are so simple they don't really need a recipe, plus, these ones will be boring, I'm using up a bunch of bags of leftover cheese and grilling some chicken that's in the freezer, so nothing fancy.

Then, Wednesday will probably be subs or something like that, and Thursdays dinner will be eaten in Disney World! :)

I'll try to post from Florida, cause I'll have internet, but no promises cause I'll have to do everything on the hubby's computer and that's kind of a pain. I don't know about you, but blogging is my morning, sitting here with my coffee getting ready for my day thing. Coffee and my husband's Macbook within 25 feet of each other is not something that usually happens, so I'll have to see if I can think enough to blog without the coffee, or, get sneaky enough to have both while he's in the shower in the morning :)
