I'm really bad at this

So it's been over a week again, my bad, my schedule's been a disaster lately, and having the holiday didn't help, because I didn't get off. Not only did I not get off, I had extra work, because I had to reschedule lessons from the night before to the holiday because of a youth event we ran the night before since the kids didn't have school on Tuesday. Yeah, nice long weekend, with a Monday thrown in between days and now today feels like it should be Monday, but it's not, it's Wednesday which means I'm two days behind! It didn't help any that Adam was off and I wasn't, cause he got to relax around the house and do nothing, but couldn't possibly get anything done for me.

Okay, vent over.......I think :)

Anyways, it's a new week, last week no longer matters, I got most my stuff done, the house is at least tolerable, and it's halfway through another week. I got to meet up with Amanda at Panera on Friday. It was alot of fun, kind of weird thinking I was going to go meet someone from blogger land in person, but it was actually really natural, we have a ton in common! She's got a photography business she's starting, and considering that I currently am not happy with our photography business website and my webmaster/evil brother-in-law isn't getting anything done to fix it, and my husband isn't making him her photoblog has inspired me to create my own photoblog to advertise with until I can get something worked out for our normal website. So, that's this weekend's project, I think, if nothing more crucial comes up. But, be watching for it anyways please.

I've gotten 75% of my Christmas shopping done, and yes I am getting my in-laws gifts, even if I don't want to. I've decided the best thing I can do is act like nothing is wrong and let them (hopefully) feel guilty. If they don't, they're morons, and if they do, I win. Not seriously, but close. I mean who slams your son's wife to him and then tells him not to tell his wife what they think? Who calls their daughter in law and says she shouldn't always come first in his life and needs to let him spend some alone time with his real family? Who schedules a family dinner and invites the husband and not the wife? Seriously, it's so biblically wrong it's not even funny. I think my favorite verse right now is (mind blanking on reference, need more coffee) but the "a man will leave his mother and his father and be joined with his wife". Seriously, throwing verses in the faces of my "godly" church board (swear at me) in laws would be alot of fun, but I'm going to kill them with kindness instead. Eventually it'll all blow over.

If you think about it, pray tomorrow. MOPS Steering Team Meeting, and my end is looking pretty bad and I'm a bit afraid I'm disappointing people. I'm a people pleaser normally, but I don't take critisism well unless you're someone who's already earned my respect, so it could be fun. Nothing wrong is my fault, I'm using the same childcare people as last year, but there are more kids this year and they aren't handling it well. I got paged to the Toddler Nursery last time because there were 4 women, 11 kids, and 3 of them were crying and the women didn't know what to do. Seriously, 3 out of 11 kids in a nursery making noise is not a bad ratio, especially when you have 4 adults.

Anyways, off to the shower and then Wegmans aka Grocery Shopping Heaven. I haven't been in 10 days and that's not a good thing. So, it's off to stock up, then lessons until 7:30. I seriously can not wait until Friday, way too many long days in a row.
