Not already!

Don't get me wrong, I love my mother, I admire my mother (now), and don't really have a problem with turning into her (eventually), but this is crazy!

My whole life I've given my mother grief about her blush and lipstick obsession. The woman can't get the door for the UPS man without at least lipstick on, or walk the dog without both because she says she has no color. I've always thought she was over exaggerating when she told me how when you hit your mid twenties all of a sudden you lose your youthful color and need to replace it with makeup or you feel drab, old and boring. Well, I guess my "mid-twenties" hit a year early. I can't do the no lipstick thing anymore! I feel so pale without blush and seriously, lipstick puts me in a much better mood. This is bad, I just feel boring without added color.
Mom, I love you, but I'm not ready to be you this way yet!
