Superbowl

So, who actually cares about the Superbowl this year? I'm trying to remember the last time I cared, how many years ago was it the Colts were in?

Anyways, I'll be running the Attic Superbowl Party, probably being the bad guy youth leader making kids stay calm and making adults focus on the kids instead of the game. Last year more than half the kids were upstairs playing ping-pong and foos-ball and video games instead of watching the game, and I was the only adult upstairs while the 6 other leaders watched the game with the 9 kids downstairs, while I had around 15 kids upstairs by myself. This year I'll be the pain in the neck getting on people's case leader. Someone has to play bad guy though.

The only reason I'm remotely interested in the game is I want Kurt Warner to win! The guy is awesome, and an amazing Christian judging from the testimony he gave when they asked him how he felt about making it so far a couple of weeks ago. I'm looking for the interview on youtube, it was pretty amazing. He was going on and on about how far God's taken him and blessed him and his family and kept him safe and healthy and let him get so far. How without the strength he has in God he'd never have gotten this far and how his faith has strengthened his family and his family has given him so much support over the years. I want him to win! I don't care about the teams, I just want him to win. Plus, Steelers fans are the most intense out there, and intense sports fanatics tend to drive me crazy, so I can't root for them.

Well off to finish packaging up the food. I've got a crock-pot full of meatballs and whatever other chips and things are in my pantry, the pizza's getting picked up by a mom after the 1st quarter.

Have fun watching, or at least socializing while your husbands watch. :) I'll be hanging with a bunch of crazy teenagers!
