Basically every season is a "season"

So I just realized something, every single day of the year, some sport is being played. So, every season is a sports season of some form. My birthday falls during the first week of March Madness, every single year and our anniversary falls during the Stanley Cup Finals. The two top days in my year get taken over by sports, always have, always will. Kind of stinks a little.
