So yesterday...............

......was interesting.

I was so far off schedule it's not even funny. Adam woke up with a splitting headache and all clammy feeling, so he called into work (I'm sure they were ticked as all get out!) and went back to bed, so I decided why get up. I fell back asleep and slept until 9:30! I never do that! I'm so glad I only work afternoons!

I caught up on blogs, TV shows and basically did nothing cause he was sleeping all day and I didn't want to wake him up. I don't know about your husbands, but when mine's awake when he doesn't want to be, he's a big grouch who I usually get mad at for being grouchy. Add headache to the mix and lookout! I'd just be asking for an argument then!

So, I posted about my sister's bridal shower, I added the children's shoot I did a few weeks ago to the photoblog. I washed some dishes. Then, around 1:00 I finally decided to take a shower.

As I was wrapping up in my towel and opening the bathroom door I heard my husband sleepily yelling something from the bedroom to downstairs and discovered our maintenance men had let themselves in for a surprise inspection! We have our NYS safety inspections that are done in random townhomes within the complex during the week of April 8th, but no one said anything about our property maintanence guys doing their own inspections this week to make sure whoever gets inspected will pass with flying colors and they don't get fined. I was ticked!!!

Imagine if Adam hadn't been home sick, or even if he hadn't heard them, and I came out of the bathroom in only a towel to find maintenance guys in my house! I would have died, and they would have too, because I would have totally freaked on them.

They're coming back sometime tomorrow or Friday, supposedly, but since we don't have an exact appointment, I chaining the door anytime I shower until then. :)
