Prayer Requests..........

I've got two, waiting on a third, cause these things always seem to happen in threes with the people I know...........


One- Rose Lawyer is one of the babysitters at the MOPS program I work for at the church I grew up with (I coordinate the childcare, so I work pretty closely with her) just found out she has breast cancer, and it appears to be pretty bad. She doesn't do regular Dr visits for herself because co-pays are too much on their budget and found a lump on her own and had it checked. They did an MRI and told her from the size of the mass there isn't much chance it contained itself to just her breast, so they're running more tests next week. Rose grew up in an abusive home and is a little slow in a sweet childlike way. She doesn't seem to fully understand what's going on, but she's scared. Her husband doesn't make much money and they have two small children and no local family. I'm not really sure how to pray yet, just pray.........

Two-My good friend Laurie's mom Ada Curtis is in the hospital with an infection they can't find the root of that's attacking her vital organs. She's a 59 year old young grandma. She's on "critical watch" until noon tomorrow. Pray for strength through treatment and strength and peace for Laurie and her dad.
