So this week is a short week cause of Memorial Day Weekend, and the fact that we've started doing weekly Thursday Night Date Nights, so meal planning for the beginning of a week is no problem.
We're eating out of our freezer/pantry this week cause of the extra groceries I'll have to buy for the cottage this weekend. We go to my in-laws cottage just about every weekend in the summer, and our grocery bill doubles. I'm usually the head female, which means I do all the kitchen work, fun fun, especially when you're way under appreciated, but that's another story. Anyways, on to this week-
Monday- BBQ Chicken Legs, Baked Potatoes and Steamed Broccoli
Tuesday- Burgers (possibly sliders) Macaroni Salad, Fresh Fruit
Wednesday- Crockpot Chicken and Rice Stew, Rolls
Pretty easy, don't you think? Now if only the concept of starting the in-law cottage food thing was an easy thing to me. It's not that they don't like my food or anything, just that I have to swallow my pride and cook for people that treat me like crap. Welcome to my summer........
