The season changing is effecting my mood! I have a few hours off tomorrow and plan to go take a few pictures.
The leaves are starting to change and I think this fall is going to be spectacular if early indications can be trusted.
Sweet Corn and Apple season have overlapped, I am in heaven!
The husband has actually started helping with the food end of things since I'm working so late most night evenings (getting home between 7:30 & 8:00), now if only I could figure out a way to get him to do a few dishes! :)
Youth Group kicks off in a week and a half. We have 4 events in the first 5 weeks, yeah, it's going to be a fun year!
I'm nannying again, just 6 hours a week, but after 2 years off, it's a bit different for me. I'm alot more laid back in my babysitting seeing as I could easily have a kid this age myself, he was born the week we got engaged, and we'd been together a year and a half at that point. So basically, I'm just still living my life with him in tow and worked around his food and nap schedule.
I'm still working with MOPS, much more organized this year since I know what I'm doing. I've actually gotten all the curriculum written through Christmas, printed and sorted!
I have 50 students now, yeah, 50. 30 minutes lessons, plus drive time to and from, basically equals a 45 hour work week, plus everything else mentioned before.
Yet, somehow, my house isn't falling apart! It's seriously a God thing, cause most the time, the house would be a shambles with me running this kind of a schedule.
So alot has been going on. Most of my blogs have either been about really regular every day stuff or food lately, or the occasional vent (yesterday), but that's about to change.
There are some deeper, bigger things happening as well, and maybe some of that is some of the reason I'm still optimistic. I'll share soon, I guess technically we should share with the husband's family before I share with all of you, (but I like you better!), but still, I guess we should talk to them first.
Off to finish cleaning my kitchen, prep dinner stuff for the husband to cook, and grab a shower before lessons.
Sorry for the bullet style post, it's the only way I can stay organized this morning and not ramble.
