Apple Muffins!
Made with fresh local New York State Apples!
I made them with a different recipe than the one I grew up with, after my mom sends the better recipe, I'll post that, cause seriously, hers are absolutely one of the best foods on earth. I can't believe I bothered to make a different recipe, but I had apples and I wanted to use them. These ones aren't bad, just not brag worthy like hers :)

these look good though, sometimes it's nice just to try a different recipe for fun, even if they don't turn out as good as Mom's ( I have a bunch of Mom recipe's too just can't ever seem to top them)
