Vanilla Buttercream Coffee Cake

My husband is probably rather annoyed at me right now, because this......
is sitting on our kitchen counter and he can't have any!

It's for my MOPS Steering Team meeting in the morning, maybe, if there's leftovers he can have some for dessert tomorrow.

Recipe-

1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 Cup Milk (NOT SKIM)
1 Stick Softened Butter
3 Eggs
3 TB French Vanilla Coffee Creamer
3 TB Brown Sugar
Cinnamon

Grease Bundt Cake Pan, Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat first 5 ingredients together with an electric mixer or wire whisk until smooth.
Fold in Brown Sugar.

Pour batter into pan, sprinkle a generous dusting of Cinnamon on top of batter (bottom of actual cake) cut in with a knife.

Bake 35 minutes, or until edges are pulling away from the pan.

Cool in pan 10 minutes, then slip knife around edges to loosen and flip out onto plate/platter/pie pan.

Let cool an additional 10 minutes.

Topping-
2 TB Softened Butter
1/2 C Confectioners Sugar
1 Tsp French Vanilla Creamer
Enough milk to make it creamy

Blend Butter, Sugar and Creamer together, gradually add milk until it turns into a slightly thin frosting.

Spoon over warm cake.
ENJOY!!
