So, I'm curious, does anyone else get rude/critical comments from "anonymous" posters (guessing who it is) and delete them?
It's been happening to me a bit lately, I've been trying to just let them slide and leave them up, but they get to me, not in feeling bad about myself, or taking their criticism seriously, since I don't even really "know" who they are, but getting ticked off that someone appears to be reading my blog just to get on my nerves. I have very few regular readers as is and having one who only seems to read to criticize is a bit depressing. Yesterday I deleted two comments, a rude one, and a semi apology for the rude one. Semi cause they restated that they believed what they said, just shouldn't have said it that way.
My blog is about my life, and I'm not going to apologize for it. I try not to say anything too over-opinionated, and not anything majorly negative about subjects/people/places effecting other people who might be reading. I do tend to vent about my own crazy world and that's my choice. That's the stuff I deal with, so that's what I know, and I write about what I know. Because I vent about one situation does not give someone else the right to go overboard venting with me and slamming whoever/whatever I'm venting about.
I don't know, am I too soft-skinned for letting this get to me? Is there some way to block anonymous comments? Or should I just have it set to approve all comments?
What would you do?

Sorry this is happening to you. I think you can block then from even being able to post.. I never understood that why does someone read a blog that they don't like only to comment harshly instead they should just move on
