Fabulous Friday!

So, today was a Friday that very much felt like a Saturday, cause for once, instead of me being off and bored alone and packing for the cottage alone, the husband was off too! And, no more packing, cause no more cottage this summer!

So, we basically had an errands/date day, after date/errands night, last night. Seriously, I'm one lucky girl this weekend!

Last night we went toAnd then to BJ's to do some stocking up, then home to movies in bed.

Today we did one last check into the whole "cash for clunkers" thing, and discovered that even though we qualify, and there are still rebates available, there are no more cars available! We had our hearts set on one of these

But found out no one within 200 miles even has a new one in stock because of the "cash for clunkers" rush on them. We were going to go right away when the deal came out, but with it being summer and my income being alot less dependable until mid-September, we decided to wait till later in the summer so we wouldn't be adding a second car payment til we were sure the money would be there every month without having to drain what little savings we have. I'm okay with it though, a second car payment just made me nervous, so maybe the lack of cars is God's way off telling us there's a better deal coming.

So, we cheered ourselves up with some coffee and a little more shopping.
