So this week we're actually eating out some, and doing some take out, and splurging, cause the husband goes back to work part time next week, then we have his mom's family reunion, and then our full school year schedule kicks off the week after. So, this is treat week!
Monday-
Baked Ziti with Meat Sauce, Steamed Broccoli and Fresh Bread
Tuesday-
Chinese takeout consisting of Orange Chicken and White Rice
**I found Chinese Sticky Rice in Wegmans last week! I was so excited it's not even funny! It was $4 for a 2 pound box, but so worth it!
Wednesday-
Pulling out a frozen Steak, Salt Potatoes and Sweet Corn
Thursday-
Date night, probably Chili's 2 for $20 (appetizer, 2 entrees and a dessert for $20)
Friday-
Homemade Pizza
Saturday-
Red Robin with our Gift Card
Sunday-
Church picnic for Sunday dinner/Lunch, then breakfast for regular dinner
Yeah, so basically, nothing healthy, everything fattening and good tasting. Not that healthy doesn't taste good, it's just not as much fun sometimes. Especially for the husband on his stay-cation.
Regular Schedule kicks in on September 8th, which will have to include at least 3 days of running 2-3 miles. I've been really off all summer, only running every once in awhile, and usually only 1.5-2 miles. I used to run/jog 3 miles daily, I'd like to start working back up to 3 miles 3 times a week with weight training or abs on the days I don't run. It being Western New York and not having the money to join a gym, my running has to stop from late November to late March typically cause I really don't like the idea of trying to run on ice, so if I get in insane shape before maybe getting it back in the spring won't be so bad.
I'm teaching 48 lessons a week, 12:30-8:00 Monday, Nannying 9:00-2:30 and teaching 3:00-7:30 Tuesday, Teaching 10:30-7:30 Wednesday, running MOPPETS every other Thursday morning, then teaching 12:30-6:30 Thursdays.
I think if I add in running Monday, Wednesday and Friday I should be able to handle it okay. The husband goes to work before 8:00 every day, so even if I wait and run as soon as he leaves (or I drop him off until we fix his car) I should have no problem having enough time. I can always make up a couple miles on the weekends if I need to.
That's the plan, on the computer screen it looks good, we'll see what I can report back about around September 18th, a little tweaking might have to happen.
