What's a girl supposed to do?

I can't for the life of me figure out what to do with my hair. It's boring plain old dark brown, but it gets dingy looking, so I color it various shades of brown to give it interest when I get bored. Literally, when I get bored, I throw a box of semi-perminant dark brown something on it. It's very fine and wavy almost curly in parts, but there's a ton of it, if that makes sense. My dad has very fine curly hair, my mom has thick, coarse, (takes 30-40 minutes to blow dry) kinky waves, and I ended up with the mix.

Before we were married I had it short and light brown(first couple picture-August 04)
he gave me roses after I drove out to Gowanda with his family in a very tight Buick to hear him preach :)
Grew it out to long and light brownBirthday when we were engaged

When we got married I had it long and slightly on the auburny side of brown, done in the form of copper highlights.
A year and a half later I went back to dark brown (about a half shade darker than my natural so when it faded I still wouldn't show roots) cause I got tired of upkeeping my highlights (at the time I was still paying to get them fixed every 8-10 weeks)Christmas 07

About six months later I got tired of the dark, went back to the highlights, gold and copper, but chopped it up to my shoulders.

Eventually went darker again, more caramel-ish brown.

Chopped it short, dark auburnish
(sorry about the quality, I stole it from my sister's cell phone pics on her facebook)

Now, it's here....

So, what new version or combo should I do next? Our school year, all my new students, returning students, MOPS moms, Youth Group families, etc... will start seeing me regularly again in 2 weeks, so I want to try to get it done around then.

Opinions?

Hmm... I got nothing. Sorry! I couldn't see some of the pics, thanks to my work computer, but I think it always looks good. I knwo that doesnt' help, any though, and I'm kind've in the same boat with "what should I do?!" constantly tugging at my mind. Good luck, though, and I hoep you find something you love!!
