Honey BBQ Chicken, Roasted Potatoes and Sweet Corn

Tuesday-
FINALLY going on a date night!!!!! We tried twice last week, but neither date happened due to various projects around the house taking longer than planned and things needing fixing.

Wednesday-
Orange Chicken, Stir Fried Veggies and Sticky Rice!! Homemade Chinese night!

Thursday-
Quesadillas and Fruit Salad (before the husband leaves to have draft night for Fantasy Football)

That's it.

Sorry this week is another short week. I wish it wasn't! No cottage, something just as bad, if not worse!!

My mother-in-law's family reunion! It's great fun to get away and relax in the middle of no where, with limited cell phone reception, no internet access, a tent, cold public showers and in-laws who act like you're the scum of the earth who destroyed their lives by manipulating, deceiving and stealing their son away from them! Problem is, this is reunion, surrounded by their extended family who rarely can remember my name from one day to the next, where everyone adores them, no one but the husband even cares that I'm there. So, basically, this means I can not stand up to them at all, and neither can the husband, because they're like royalty at reunion. My mother-in-law is the only one of her sisters who's still in state to come to reunion, her parents are gone, so everyone dotes on her being the only one from her branch there. She can say anything she wants to me and no one would even bat an eye, they'd probably just feel bad for her for having such an awful daughter-in-law that she'd have to even think of saying those things.

Lucky me.

My husband will be owing me big time for the next couple of weekends!
